I was put on Cymbalta for fibro and migraines. I shouldn't have been put on it, due to a drug interaction... Anyway, I'm having horrible withdrawl symptoms after only a couple of months being on it. Any advice? I'm not on it for depression. Thanks!

Unfortunately, this is fairly common if we have to discontinue an antidepressant medication. It's usually easier if you taper down the dosage rather than just stopping it all at once. Are you discontinuing it under the supervision of your doctor? Talk with him about this. He may prescribe a lower dosage to help you taper off more easily.
You don't say what type of drug interaction, so I want to ask if you're referring to the warnings about antidepressants and triptans (Imitrex, Maxalt, Zomig, etc.). If that's the case, you need to know that the warnings don't say not to take both types of medications, but to be aware of the symptoms that could indicate a problem. For more on this, take a look at Antidepressants, Triptans, and Serotonin Syndrome.
Please let me know how you're doing?
Welcome again,
Teri
