Hi peterg, Are you taking topamax for Migraine prevention? It is also used for seizure disorders. I don't know about using the word normal, but one potential side effect can be to experience menstrual changes when taking Topamax. It is always important to discuss any changes in symptoms or side effects with your doctors. Good luck Nancy
