Again, yes, you must see a doctor!  As suggested, one of those walk-in places or Urgent Care - prolonged headaches seem to have their own sefl-generating mechanism and have the ability to keep going until medically interrupted.  Remember, the longer the migraine lasts, the more intense it can become and the more difficult it can be to relieve it - don't delay any longer, get medical intervention!
