I am assuming that part of your reason for wanting to quit is because nicotine is bad for migraines?
So just start off with that attitude...do I want this cigarette or do I want to feel horrible pain. I tried to keep that in mind when I quit last year
I also chew a lot of gum cause I guess smoking is such an oral habit.
Just don't buy them. If you have them around you will smoke them.
I'm sorry if that's not much help but I was never too bad about smoking in the first place. One of my friends is using a patch and it's helping her a lot. You just gotta have the will power. Good luck!!
