Marya,   In many cases, waking with a headache or Migraine is a sign of problems with your sleep. It could be too much sleep, too little, disrupted, or poor quality sleep. That wouldn't, however, explain the nose bleeds. High blood pressure could explain both. Or it could be that the nose bleeds and headaches aren't related.   Nobody can diagnose you online.
