waking up with migraines every day for past week!! help!

47yo female, have had migraines for ten years, take relpax, and it goes away in time, but every morning lately and three or more a week prior to this. have been given verapamil for preventative but it makes me so constipated that i am discontinuing it, it wasn't working besides. sleep...
