You're not the only person to ask this question. It was also asked HERE.
How much Topamax are you taking. According to the prescribing information, you should have started at 25 mg per day. At the end of three weeks, you would be at 75mg per week. Side effects may or may not stop over time.
Do NOT stop taking Topamax without doctor's supervision. You must taper down and off. Stoppit it cold can actually cause seizures.
