Hi Fedup -

The ADA Amendments Act went into effect January 1 of 2009.  Specific conditions are not listed in the ADA or the Amendments Act, but the Amendments Act makes clear that diseases that are episodic in nature, like Migraine, are included as covered disabilities under the Act. Even before the Amendments, case law was clear that Migraine was included.

You might want to read a recent article we have here on the site: Working With Migraines: Rights Under the Americans With Disabilities Act which gives more detail.

Good luck to you!
