I'd like to know how anyone deals with neighbors who burn their leaves? The smoke often comes into our house. We've called the fire department a couple times and they've responded by threatening to fine them because they were burning illegally. We don't want to make enemies but my husband missed a whole week of work from the smoke of one of those fires. He had a splitting headache. We thought our house was on fire. It was that bad inside our house. The fire department had to send 7 firetrucks for one of the fires which got out of hand. lol. It seems like it would be illegal to pollute the air everyone has to breathe to survive. This is a huge issue for our family.
