Q: When having thyroid symptoms are they there all the time, or do the symptoms come &go periodically

As a lifetime headache sufferer, I have experienced many headaches, and recently I have found a link between my headaches and other symptoms of a thyroid problem, but Im not sure if these are actually relevent because they are not there on a daily basis.  The small lump I feel on my throat comes and goes. It is not there all the time, it comes and goes just like my headaches. any thoughts??

Hi rl,

This question is better being discussed with your doctor.  But thyroid conditions are among conditions known to be comorbid with Migraine disease and headaches. This means they occur at the same time, but independently of each other.

For more information you may want to read this article: Migraine, Headache, and Thyroid.

Good luck
