Hello and welcome!
This is definitely not "normal." Bad nose bleeds and unexplained headaches should always be checked out. If the bleeding doesn't stop, if the heradache is severe, or if other symptoms develop, you should consider a trip to the emergency room. At the very least, call your doctor in the morning.
