Can I take another migraine med like Treximet or should I take something over the counter like Ibuprophen. I have 40 people coming over to my house tomorrow for a pool party and I have to get over this migraine

Hi Tracy,
If your Migraine hasn't gone away at this point, I don't think ibuprophen will do it now. Do you have any rescue medications (these are meds that can be used when abortives don't work) your doctor has given you?
