I'm trying to get pregnant but have migraines 4-5 days/wk. How can I get through this without meds?

I've suffered from severe migraines my whole life. We started trying to get pregnant this month. I've been off all medications for three weeks, and I'm starting to lose my mind. I have full-blown migraines 4-5 days of the week, and I haven't been out of bed for more than a few...
