Hey kiddo,
I know how frustrating it is, really I do. What kind of pain is it? Throbbing, pulsing, whoosing, pressure? Do you have any ringing in your ears? Can you hear your heartbeat when you lay your head down on your pillow at night? Are you taking any medications daily to treat the head pain?
Sorry for all the questions, but now you have my curiosity? You can't keep going around with head pain, that's for sure. How about seeing a doctor who is an expert in one area - heads. That would be a Migraine specialist. Take a look at our
Patient Recommended Migraine and Headache Specialists then when you get a chance you can read about why it is important to see a Migraine specialist in this article: Migraine and Headache Specialists - What's So Special?

it is a constant pain. best way i can describe is like a strait line never more never less just constant. sometimes in front of head sometimes on right side starting on right front going behind right ear in question mark shape. MRI shows nothing. Neurologist put me on Topomax which seems to be helping so far but they aren't completely gone. I know TMJ contributes but is not the complete cause. I wear a mouth piece at night. I am thinking about a headache specialist. I want to see how well this Topomax works first.
Thank you so much
