Q: I have heart problems and i take percocet for it and foricet for my cluster headaches is it ok to take together .

Brenda,

 

This is a question you really need to ask your doctor because the answer depends not just on the two medications, but also all of your health issues, and all medications you take, including over-the-counter meds and supplements.

 

That said, interactions checkers show a warning about using Percocet and Fioricet together because of the amount of acetaminophen, especially that amount of acetamophen together with the opioid in Percocet.

 

Please DO check with your doctor before taking these together.
