Hi birdrum1,   What great news you are feeling better.   Midrin is not a triptan, rather an isometheptene compound, used to abort a Migraine attack. Care needs to be taken with certain OTC and prescription medications so we don't get another type of headache called Medication Overuse Headache. This can happen if we take these medications more than 2-3 days a week. For more information, click HERE.     Lexapro is an antidepressant, that is used to help with Migraine prevention. Are talking about Serotonin Syndrome?
