Has anyone tried Treximet more than once with good results?

I read about someone who tried it and stated the side effect about the tightness in the chest, neck and it took about 40 minutes to work. I take 100mg., of Imitrex and it works much sooner than that, usually within 20 minutes. But I notice it is not working as well as it was before,...
