I have taken Treximet, I love it bcuz it keeps my migranes away for longer periods of time. Imitrex does seem to take a shorter time to react but also seems to keep the migranes coming back weekly where Treximet keeps them away. I also use ice every time i have a migrane, using both seems to be a life saver.
