Q: Is Midrin a narcotic

I have tension headaches and my Doctor just give me Midrin and I forgot to ask if it was a narcotic?

No. It is a DEA scheduled medication, but it is not a narcotic.

yes actually it IS a narcotic, used primarilly for severe headaches ~ MIGRAINS

Hi,

 

Midrin is in fact an FDA controlled scheduled substance, but NOT a narcotic medication. A narcotic medication contains an opioid or opiate, none of which are in Midrin.
