Hi Cyndia, It is time to find another doctor so your daughter can start feeling better. Continually going to the ER is not fun for anyone, and can mean it is time to re-evaluate her health care professional. Prevention is what's important here(headaches and seizures). A Migraine specialist would be a good place to start. We have a list of patient recommend Migraine specialists you can see HERE. Toradol is a NSAID, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, not narcotic.
