I have kept notes on what seems to trigger my migraines. It seems to be stress and overly loud music or just plan noise. I get a funny feeling in my stomach sometimes not all the time. Is that a good sign that the migraines won't be too bad?

Ruth,
Not everyone vomits with Migraines. That doesn't seem to make a difference in how severe their Migraine attacks are.
There's some controversy about whether stress is an actual trigger or just makes us more susceptible to our triggers. I thought it was a trigger for me until I kept a very detailed diary during stressful times. I found that it was NOT stress; it was things I did or didn't do during those times -- skipping meals, not drinking enough and getting dehydrated, crying, not sleeping well. You might want to try the diary. I'm so glad I did because the triggers I found are at least somewhat avoidable.
Good luck,
Teri
