Any new studies or information to help the youngest(9-12) migraneurs being done? I see some things realting to teens and young adults, but not our smallest community. My little girl has it, like me, and I want to make sure I am up-to-date. Thanks!

Hi, KD,
We always watch for studies on children, and I haven't seen any. HOWEVER, there's often new information presented at the American and International Headache Society conferences. The two are being held jointly next month. Nancy and I will be attending, and we'll be sure to report on anything new that we learn. I did notice a special session about children, and we'll be sure to attend it.

Thanks, Terri, as always, you are supportive and reassuring! I am encouraged that there is a special session on children. I am thinking its a very good possibility kids go undiagnosed and untreated as much or more than adults, and we have to work to change this as well. Anxiously awaiting all news from you and Nancy, KD and family
