    chocolate a trigger?

    Chocolate is a major trigger for my migraines, especially if eaten late at night.  I usually eat milk or dark chocolate, but what I'm wondering is if anyone else has this problem and if white "chocolate" is as bad?

    I know this is a very old question, and I'm sure you've gotten your answer elsewhere by now, but I did want to let you know though I am by now means an expert on migraines or a healthcare professional, I did a bit of research on your question and apparently yes, chocolate is a trigger for many people who suffer from migraines. White chocolate appears to be less of a problem for people, according to the reading I've done.
