Hi Karen L, Treximet is the latest medication to abort a Migraine attack. It contains two medications, sumatriptan and naproxen, where the other triptans, like Imitrex only have one medication in it. It is best taken at the first sign of a Migraine and according to your doctors orders. Good luck Nancy
