Not in the area, but as someone who has been to a number of Neurologist for Migraines with auras that sometimes last over 72 hours I have been searching for someone that can help me since mine are chronic as well as genetic. I have been dealing with them since I was 16 years old I am now 38 and they have simply gotten worse. Like you I have been told there is nothing more they can do for me, by a number of neurologists.
