Been under allot of stress this week. Male age 37. Never had a migraine before. Had a headach all day yesterday. Woke up with blurred water color vision in left eye, had a sence that he was going blind. Shortly after the headach came on again today. Has been 2 hours now, still blurred vision, not as bad. Headach pain could be compared to a sinus headach, but different....

Some of the symptoms of a Migraine with aura may include blurred vision, other visual issues like you've described, headache and more. However, as I said above only a doctor can tell you for sure.
