I have chronic migraine with aura and I am on vivelle dot patch (bio-identical hormones (5mg) from my holistic Gynocologist. Am I at a greater risk for stoke because I get migraines with aura?

Yes, women who have Migraine with arua are at increased risk of stroke. Don't panic though. Let me give you links to some articles:

I'd suggest that you talk with your doctor about what risks you have for stroke and which ones you can modify and reduce.
