Q: I can't reply in the forum.

I logged in, registered, registered again, registered with facebook and all that happens when I press reply is I get a popup page that wants me to log in, yet doesn't take me back to the page I wanted to reply on.  I go back to that separate page, that had the topic I wanted to reply to, and nada...I go through the whole process again.  I would like to comment and ask questions, but this is the most complicated web page/forum I have ever seen.  Usually I just register, and BAM I can reply.  What's up with this??????

Hi ManaSama,

I'm sorry you are having a problem with the forum. It is usually very easy to navigate. I did see that you have two posts there, were there more you weren't able to access or answer? The log in page is HERE - I'm not sure if that will help.

Let me know if you are still having problems and we will see what we can do to assist you.

MamaSama,

Go to http://www.healthcentral.com/utils/registration/login.jsp, and scroll down to the log-in area at the BOTTOM of the page to log in. That's the forum log in area. That should solve your problem.

There are two registrations, which is what is confusing.  The first one is for the HealthCentral site and then you have to register again in order to post to the forums.  When the forum page sends you to a log-in screen, skip logging in at the top of the page and scroll down past a menu of pages until you see another log-in section.  That's the log-in fof the forum, but you need to click the "register" link first since it is separate from the HealthCentral log-in.  Then, whenever you see that log-in page when you're trying to use the forums, scroll down to that second log-in section and use the e-mail address and password you used when registering for the second time.  Smile

Kary,

The forum is run by a third party, so you do have to register for it separately from the rest of the site. You can use the same email address and password, but you do have to register again. Could that be the problem?
