What would one do if they recieved an ons and didn't know it till a few years latter.

Back in 2006 i recieved an ONS unknowingly, it was only mentioned to me by and MRI tech in 2008 and again recently shown to me between pictures during a head x-ray. How would i go about getting the doctor to recognize me and help me. I am suffering quite a bit of abuse through it and...
