One thing to do is ask your doctor if there's anything structural resulting from the trauma that would be a trigger -- anything structural to your head or neck.
From there, go on to look for "regular" Migraine triggers. When working to identify triggers one of the best tools is a good Migraine diary. You can read more about this and download a free diary workbook in our article Your Migraine and Headache Diary.
Some of us have food triggers; some of us don't. It's advisable to determine if your daughter does, and an elimination diet is the best way to do that. For more information and a workbook on this, see Managing Migraine - Migraine Trigger Foods.

Thank you so much. I will look into that. haven't had a doctor in years to ask these questions to due to not having insurance. When I was younger my doctor did put me on special diets and such to find trigger foods and I have had all kinds of tests done but nothing in the last 10+ years. I know they are more frequient and living with a headache everyday is just about impossible. Thank you so much!!!!
