Dear Monique,   Yes, Migraines can change in presentation. Yes, a person can have two types of chronic headache disorder.   The problem with your ending question is that nobody can answer it without reviewing your medical history and symptoms and examining you in person. You need to be examined to make a diagnosis.   Since it sounds as if you've already seen multiple doctors without getting a diagnosis or answers, it's time to see a Migraine and headache specialist. See our article Migraine and Headache Specialists - What's So Special? If you need help finding a specialist, see our listing of Patient Recommended Migraine and Headache Specialists.   Good luck, Teri
