Hi HeatHater72,   Are you drinking enough water? Dehydration can be a Migraine trigger for some people. We have more information on that HERE.   We also need to be careful not to take certain OTC and prescription medications more than 2-3 days a week because doing so can create another type of headache, Medication Overuse Headache, MOH. The only way to stop MOH is to discontinue the offending medication cold turkey. Medication Overuse Headache - When the Remedy Backfires.   Another thing you could do is see a Migraine specialist. These doctors are experts in treating patients with Migraine disease and headache disorders, devoting their entire practice to it.
