In my experience, when the nausea and vomiting begin, that is my immediate sign to go to urgent care and get treated while I can still drive.  I have learned that suffering with the migraine along with the nausea and vomiting results in dehydration, excruciating pain, without any relief for hours and usually days.  Once I have been treated at urgent care, I still have at least 1/2 a day to get the medication out of my system which leaves my completely exhausted.
