Q: MIDAS

I've applied for SSI because of my chronic migraines and I want to get my ducks in a row from the start with a pain specialist I'm seeing in a couple of weeks so I want to have a Midas score ready for our first meeting to go in my chart.

Here's my problem, for the questions about missed work/school days, if in the past 3 months I haven't been able to attend school or work because of my migraines, does that count as a 0 for no activity or a 90 for three months? I feel like 0 is misleading.

Hello, tiberius,

Answer the question as accurately as you can. It asks about the last three months, not the last 90 days, so get out your calendar. Count up how many days of work or school you've missed over the last three months, and that's the number of days you should enter.
