I don't remember what their dosages were, but we have had people report hair loss with Topamax. Also, alopecia (hair loss) is listed as a potential side effect in the Topamax prescribing information. This does seem to reverse itself when Topamax is discontinued.
Hopefully, some people who have had experience with this will come along to answer you themselves, but I thought I'd go ahead and give you some feedback.
