Hi Ami, Midrin is a Pregnancy category C drug which means there have been no controlled human or animal studies done to see the effects on the fetus. Migraine specialists usually weigh the maternal benefit vs. fetal risk. I'm not sure how often you took Midrin during your pregnancy. Since there are no concrete studies saying what birth defects would be, I'm not sure if Midrin, or anything you did caused your daughter's health issues. What do the doctor's say? Good luck Nancy
