Q: Will problems with word finding, result of taking Topamax, go away eventually or is it permanent?

Sorry, but there's really no way of predicting if that side effect will go away while you're taking Topamax. That varies from person to person, AND it can be worse as dosage increases.

 

If you've discontinued Topamax, the side effect should go away after a while.

I found the confusion problems went down with a lower dosage and completely disappeared once I stopped taking Topamax...
