hmm...I don't understand what you mean by damp. I do know the heaviness that you are talking about - like you can't hold your head up anymore. When I have migraines my neck tenses up and it feels like there is a vice around my entire head. It can't hurt to get an MRI done. I had all of those scans when I was younger but they all appeared normal. I am about to be 21, entering my senior year in college. In highschool I had plenty of migraines but they were under control. They started getting much worse when I went off to college. I think it was the combination of stress, lack of sleep and poor diet. Without a car I was forced to eat on campus (not too healthy). It has taken me the past 3 years to get my life back in order and my headaches under control again. If you are suffering from actual migraines it will take a lot of work and discipline to fix things. I would love to eat whatever I want and stay out late drinking but that kind of lifestyle doesn't work for me or my headaches.
