Hi Anush,   We cannot diagnose you online because we are not medical professionals, and you wouldn't want that anyway. We can however, provide you with information and support. How about that?   How often does your head feel "very heavy and damp"? Migraine specialists are the doctors who diagnose and treat patients with Migraine and headache disorders. We have a list list of patient recommended specialists you can see HERE.   Trigger identification and management is very important in a Migraineurs life. Chocolate, dehydration and changes in sleeping patterns can all trigger a Migraine attack. Keeping a Migraine diary is a a great way to see what may be happening just before a Migraine. To download your free diary, click HERE. Our Migraine trigger page is full of helpful information. You can see that HERE.      One other thing I'd like to mention is Medication Overuse Headache(MOH), formerly called rebound headache. Taking certain prescription and/or OTC medications more than two to three days a week can give us MOH. That means advil, tylenol, etc. The only way to stop MOH is to discontinue the offending medication - like advil for example- cold turkey. We have more information on that here: Medication Overuse Headache - When the Remedy Backfires .   Good luck Nancy
