I have had a headache for over a week and i think it's sinusitis because I got it after I went to Hawaii(plane and water pressure). Please if anyone has any idea of how i can fix it please reply. It's scary because i don't know if its something worse.

Have you spoken with your doctor? We can't diagnose people because we are not medical professionals and you wouldn't want to be diagnosed online anyway.
The best thing to do is give your doctor a call and see what they say.
