Q: can midrin cause a positive drug test

Can you recieve a false positve drug test result by taking midrin

I'm not sure what you think it might test falsely positive for, but Midrin should show a positive on a drug screen because the dichloralphenazone in it is a DEA schedule IV drug.

 

This really shouldn't cause a problem because drug screenings aren't looking for medications that are pescribed for you; they're usually looking for recreational or illicit drug usage. Just take your prescription bottle with you when you go for the test. Take a look at Migraine Medications and "Passing" Drug Screenings.
