Q: I was wondring if fioricet would make someone fail a drug test, by urine sample.

Fioricet will most likely show up in a urine screening, BUT that doesn't mean you'll "fail the test." When they do random drug testing, they also ask you about all medications that you're taking. Just show them your prescription bottle, and you'll be fine.
Remember, they're looking for ILLEGAL drug usage, not medications prescribed by our doctors. There are a few exceptions to this: Heavy equipment operators, for example, may not be allowed to work when taking medications that could affect them adversely for their work.

I am pretty sure it would show up. You wouldn't have anything to worry about if you are under a Dr. care and have a valid prescription for it and how it should be taken?

I don't understand the frown. If you're taking Fioricet and are going to have to submit to drug testing, just take your prescription bottle with you. Drug testing is generally to look for use of illicit drugs, not those prescribed for us.
