Hi joseph- Nobody here can accurately answer this for you. It's not just the methadone and midrin that has to be taken into account. The answer to this question must also consider your medical history and ALL other medications you're taking. A bit of info for you though -- According to some quick research caution is advised if taking methadone and midrin. They could cause respiratory depression and sedation. ALWAYS check with your doctor and/or pharmacist first when you have questions about your medications and doses. Good luck Nancy
