Q: would an over the counter potassium supplement work with the tingling of the hands

I take 200mg a day for preventitive measures on migraines and it works great, but I do have the tingling of the hands and feet and I read that a potasium suppliment fixes it.

OTC potassium supplements can be very tricky to use, but some find it helpful for the tingling. You could discuss prescription potassium, slow-release formula, with your doctor to help with this problem. Have you tried eating more banana's and are you staying well hydrated?
