Q: Hello! I've had migraines for 41 years and they are getting worse.

 I know someone who started a"gluten-free way diet.  Do you know anything about this? Thanks you-Barbara N.

Have you seen your doctor since your Migraines started getting worse? Whenever our patterns change, we need to see our doctor to be sure there's noting else going on.

 

Gluten can be a trigger for some people. If it's a trigger for you, then avoiding it might help reduce the number of Migraines you get. One of the best ways to find out if gluten is a trigger is to watch what you're eating very carefully, and keep a Migraine diary to see if your Migraines occur when you consume gluten.
