Q: Verbalizing words

I have noticed that I am having difficulity verbalizing the words that I am reading from a paper.  I can see the words correctly but they get tangeled up then I try to speak them or sing them.  It is not releated to speaking in public.  I am relaxed when it happens. I am also having more trouble tracking music on a sheet.

Linda,

You don't say if this is happening during a Migraine attack or at other times. This sounds like aphasia, which can be a symptom of Migraine. You can read more about the potential phases of a Migraine and their symptoms in Anatomy of a Migraine.

That said, it's important that you talk with your doctor about this, even if it's only happening during Migraines. Although it an be a Migraine symptom, you need to check with your doctor to be sure because it can also be a symptom of other conditions.

Welcome again,

Teri
