Wynter,   How long have you been taking the Topamax? It can take up to three months to know if Topamax is going to help with Migraines or headaches.   Although preventives can reduce both the frequency and severity of headaches, they cannot take them away entirely, so you'll still have some.   Time to talk to your doctor. Don't lose hope though. There are now over 100 medications and supplements that can be used for Migraine and headache prevention.
