Hi Sue,   Unfortunatly, pretty much anything can cause a rebound headache, depending on how much you've taken. It also can depend on the person, maybe you will find something that doesn't, we wouldn't be able to tell you that.   The only thing that I've found that does not cause MOH is muscle relaxers, but that really isn't a pain reliever per se.   Have you tried keeping a headache diary to keep track of what you've taken? That might help you keep track of the triptans or other things you are taking for migraine, and then you can possibly incorporate what you take for the osteoarthritis and FMS in with it?   Just a suggestion.   Good luck!
