Drug screenings are meant to do one of two things:
1. Identify illicit drug use, not the use of medications that are prescribed for you.
2. Verify that patients are taking their medications as they should be.
Just take your prescription bottle with you when you go for the screening, and you won't have any problems. Remember to tell them about all medications you're taking, including over-the-counter meds and supplements.
You can read more about this in Migraine Medications and "Passing" Drug Screenings.
