Q: Low blood sugar = anxiety + migraines?

I have noticed that, most of the time, when I start feeling my migraine 'prodrome' symptoms (nausea, anxiety, intense fatigue, lowered concentration, sound sensitivity), I can prevent or post-pone the migraine by eating something. This also works when I feel a panic attack coming on. Is this just a coincidence or could the migraines and anxiety be triggered my blood sugar levels or something related to food? I usually eat regular meals, so I doubt hunger is a factor.

Thank you for any enlightening!

I have a lot of different migraine triggers...weather, hormones, heat - and low blood sugar is definitely one of them. I always try to eat protien and drink plenty of water when I start to feel the prodrome. Sometimes I can stop it and sometimes it's too late. I've been keeping stocked on eggs since they are easy and take little time to make.
